I was under the impression that only editors, protectors, and administrators could edit other member's articles. So I was suprised that I was able to access another member's article and actually edit it. I did not click the submit button and actually modify the the article so I do not know what would have happened if I had.

An author can also specify whether a Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum Author can edit his/her article

Codeproject has block my previous ID as spammer, my fault was I have posted few news which may not interesting. But whatever I have written an article, will it be possible to transfer that article to this account.

The article submission is really starting to bug me ... basically i just use the html source editor and not the WYSIWYG and have <br /> ... after saving and going back in one br seems to occasionally (doesn't seem to always happen) become 2... and then 4 ... and so on
Does anyone else have this??

whops ... yes thats what i meant ... but either way they keep duplicating automatically (about 1/3 of the time) when I save my article!

Yes, when I wrote my latest article, the editor added unnecessary br-tags (and I also use the HTML editor and not the WYSIWYG). Before publishing it, I had to remove these elements.

Which browser are you using, and can you provide an example of where the BR tags are being added? In a PRE block? Inside a paragraph? ...?

Opera (but it does it occasionally in IE too)... and it is where there is already a br ... I imagine it is because it puts a br in the WYSIWYG editor and then this is somehow becoming two ...
I personally wish there was a way to DISABLE the WYSIWYG editor and the automatic br's on a per article basis; so you can disable it and enable it for a specific article when the author deems (when editing); and when you come to update the article next time the option is remembered.

OK ... every time i save the article and come back in it adds another br to the end of each line break in both IE and Opera!
I am going to my articles, edit, it opens up, click the HTML button, click save draft, go back to my articles, edit, click the HTML button again ... and then there is now a new br for EVERY LINE BREAK in the WYSIWYG editor (next to the old ones)!!!

It seems that, when my forum responses get beyond a certain length, the preview stops updating no matter where I make changes in the body of the text.

My Sig looks fine when I edit it, but in the preview when posting and after posting the HTML tags are visible.
Started happening this morning when posting from iPadand I assumed it was Safari issue - but still happening now from Chrome in W7
