I tried creating an account on rootadmin, and recieved the following error message...Not sure what I am doing wrong

I'm using Chrome, Chris.
Ctrl+F5 had no effect, beyond reloading the page.

Chrome really aggressively caches scripts. If you're really bored could you try a different browser (and a Ctrl+F5 just in case?).

Interestingly I've been using Chrome for more than a year and only now has it suddenly started happening. I guess it could have been caused by a recent Chrome update.

It's been happening a lot recently - e.g. database connectivity using sqlite and c sharp[^]
Seems to happen if a spammer adds a "solution" to a question - which brings the post back into play as expected, but if enough reports result in that solution being auto-deleted, the original post still remains at the top of the list and active

they are easy to spot thanks to the number of views. Messages with more than 1k views is old enough to be one of those. So I use to ignore them.

It's not that they are invalid, just old and usually already solved. Many people don't do as Nelek (and I) do and check the number of hits first they just go ahead and post yet another solution.
Unfortunately 9 times out of 10 the "new" solution actually mirrors one that is already there or is not particularly helpful - it makes it harder for googlers to get to the truth of the matter if the old post comes up in one of their searches.
Actually that last bit will probably never happen - most question posters don't seem to know how to use google

I am not able to see the notifications at the top right corner whenever there is reply to my post or query on the answer. I saw if there is any settings available but did not find any.

I spotted this too and basically reset all my notification details on my profile and they came back

When I try to upload my new article's zip, I get the error
"Unexpected error during upload. One or more files may not have been uploaded."
A second attempt causes this message to pop up:
"This file has already been selected: ALists2.zip"

In the article editor, isn't there supposed to be a button under "Upload Files" for uploading files? That button has disappeared (tried Chrome and FF). Sean Ewington asked for the file so I'll send it to him.

Even I'm not able to see the Upload button
I tried Ctrl + F5, but no luck.
I ran ccleaner now its working. Any possibility of multifile uploading. Now I'm able to darag and drop multiple files but its uploading only one.

Hey, first of all thanks for reporting this bug! To help with replicating the error could you give me as much information as possible of the files you are uploading at once? e.g. file types and size.
