The "there is a newer version" one I can understand - it takes time both to get through the moderation queue and to synchronize the database across gawd-knows how many DB servers the hamsters are running at the moment! Get the wrong couple of minutes, and the article can be approved and out of the queue before the web servers have finished serving the page.
But for that to link to a published version, which links back to the unpublished version even now (over 25 minutes after I first noticed it) means that the synchronisation has gone via Columbia, then the moon, rattled around trying to find any acting ability in Nicholas Cage, given up and only then reported to the web page!

I just provided a solution to a question in the C# Quick Answers. After accepting the solution, the UI seemed to display it as an answer, not a solution. I thought I'd made a mistake, so I deleted the answer and re-entered my solution (taking care to click the correct button). I ended up with 2 solutions, one deleted. 
How do I undelete a deleted solution (of which I'm the author)?

How about a checkbox or filter (I think the current filters are inclusive not exclusive) to hide contest entries from the latest updates or latest articles?
I think a lot of good articles are getting buried by contest entries. I'm not really interested in reading a one or two paragraph contest entry, but I do want to read the articles. Its slightly annoying to have to dig back through a few pages of contest entries to find meaty articles.
Easy? Hard? Not sure, but I think it would be beneficial if it could be put in!

That moment when you think the OP is closeing your questions just for the fun of it. I'm sure that if a question is a question then a question is a question, huh. So if a question is closed then is it not a question? But if some one asks a question like "how do I do this?" Then I'm sure that it shouldn't get taken down, because its a question, jus the cause some one might not justify the question as good dosent mean it should be taken down, I think OP should leave it there for people to find and if there is no answers for that question, lets say 5days then it should be taken down, not on in the first 10mins, and also a post should not be taken down if there are answers on it, I would say that is slack, taking Down a question if it already had answers on it, come on, that answer may have been the answer to the question!.
Anyway sorry, that's me getting just getting frustrated at things, I thought I'd let you know.

or

When I visit a question, then sometimes there is a long comment (containing a ton of code for example), then I would like to collapse it so I don't have to scroll a long time when I want to scroll to another answer.
I also suggest to add this link also on deleted comments: when a comment contains a lot of code, then it is mostly deleted, and some members have the privilege to see deleted comments, so it would be nice that there would be a link to collapse them.

I have recently posted an article and have been told by a number of work colleagues that they have been unable to vote on the article as the IP address has already been used to vote even when they are logged in.
"Someone at your IP address has already voted for this item."
I work in an enterprise environment where all internet traffic is managed via a dedicated proxy server. As such, all connections to CodeProject from the enterprise will be seen by CodeProject to be coming from a single IP address. I understand the reason why multiple votes from a single IP address are prevented, but I fail to see the reason why the IP restriction holds when multiple logins are used.
It is quite disheartening when the work put into creating an article is not able to be recognised by colleagues.

John, first of all, thank you for taking the time and effort to write an article for CodeProject. While I do sympathise with your frustration over your colleagues being unable to vote en masse for your article, the IP restriction was put in place to prevent a single person creating multiple accounts and using them to mass vote/downvote. Unfortunately, the measures mere made necessary because of idiots who try to abuse CodeProject. Sorry.
