1. VB is the only one of those which is a language, and I trust you meant VB.NET.
2. If you need to ask then you are probably going to struggle with this. Sorry, but you need to have at least a general idea if you wish to do it.
3. Possibly, and if they have publicised it then Google should find it for you.
4. No one is going to provide that for you.

6. Google will find you resources for all the different aspects of the application. There are also lots of articles that will help you with sample code, but you have to do the research and the work.
