I suspect that it had to work the other way around:
You stop abusing the site, and as a result we treat you as a normal member.
Remember, you started the trolling: the site responded to that abuse by refusing you access to the site. If you don't abuse the site, perhaps the community you abused will "forgive and forget" and let you back into the community.
It's up to you to regain trust, not us to start by trusting you, since you have a history of disrespecting that trust in the past.
