- the other 5 are just pointing to his own blog

The blog is for free, I supposed it is not plagiarized, it is his own blog and it is more or less related with the questions where he is answering.

Is it to be considered as Spam?

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?

A combination of "Not-an-answer" mistakes, and site driver spam.

posted a would-be tip today, which was copied from MSDN. I flagged this on the article and added a comment at the bottom as normal.
But...the speed with which it was deleted made me suspicious, so I had a look at his other publications.

I'm not sure about that one. Assuming this[^] is the "original" article, it says it was posted on 16th November 2013. The CodeProject tip was posted on 11th November 2013.

Also, all of the "Copy Code" links in the WordPress post point to the original CodeProject tip, which is a bit of a giveaway.

In fact, it looks like all of "Ray Yagubyan"'s posts are ripped off from other sites. For example, this[^] is a direct rip-off of this article[^]. He hasn't even bothered to copy the images; they're still pointing to CodeProject. D'Oh! | :doh:
