I need to open outlook email from web apps (using Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook) it working fine on my local pc but not on a server.
1. Do i need to install outlook on a server
2. if there are a better way to accompish this req

Customers would like to open outlook message so they can add(if needed) additional cc and bcc

Then you will need to store it on the same system that has outlook installed.

I need to generate 8 digit uniq number with time and date..
I was able to get random number but because my application is running to fast some times its not uniq .
Could you help me to add any time????

What do you mean by "with time and date"? Does it mean that the date and time should be part of the random number?

Shouldn't be the case. If you seed it properly, they won't repeat.

If you are doing that every time, just before you call random.[Next](1, 500000) then it is most likely that you will get duplicates. You should call the seeding method only once in your entire program.

Hello friends, please I need your help. I'm currently working on chat program and I'm using asp.net. I'm display chat messages with repeater control, and this repeater control is inside a panel control which I set the scrollbar to vertical. Everything is working fine but the challenge I'm having is how to make the panel control always scroll to bottom, so that chat users can always see the new messages. I tried the following but is not working<pre><script type="text/javascript">

then on the PreRender of the panel control, the following is written

VS2013, VB.
I have just converted a C# Web Application Project to VB.
But each time I run it I get
Parse Error Message: Could not load type '[namespace].Global'
I have seen many other hits on the web but none seem to apply or fixed the problem. (deleted obj, bin, clean solution, etc.).
I am sure I missed something in the conversion but I cannot find what it is.
I have changed the directive to
Application Codebehind="Global.asax.vb" Inherits="[namespace].Global" Language="VB"
(same as the C# but change cs to vb and C# to VB.
The project was closed while the directive was changed.
Tried removing it and putting it back in.
The C# program works.
Neither the C# folder nor the VB folder has a Global.dll in it.
Any ideas!!!

I am working on one project in which i have to design a table dynamically.I have all the data that is needed to build a table.There are also certain Groups. For E.g If we consider age as a group. So it may have 2 subgroups like 0-50,50-100. Now in a sub group 0-50, i have two another sub groups like 0-25,26-50. So now the thing is this details are not static.Data is totally dynamic. I have relationship among this groups by which i can identify that this value is related to this group. So I requesting you please tell me how can i accomplish this task in C#. How can i design this table on page using c#. I really need your help. Please give me name of the tool which generate this kind of design.

It sounds like you are trying to write a CRM system, there are free ones available on the Internet, you might want to check these out as writing these is much harder than it looks on face-value.
To answer your question directly, you just store the HTML as you would any text. If you want to programatically add stuff into the template, you'll need to provide placeholders to insert into. e.g.

<head>
<title>
The title of this page is {{title}}
</title>
<head>
</thml>
Then you just perform a text susbstition. You can put the results of this into an ASP.NET literal control (though the above template wouldn't be valid as the literal will be inside a form in which you'd be declaring a html document), or write to the repsonse stream
Note that you'll difficulty "injecting" ASP.NET controls to the form like this, though the HTML controls will be fine. You might want to look at ASP.NET MVC, if you have time, it is much more suited to this type of work.
