I've stood on the steel beams, near a roof line, 10 stories up watching the ice flow down the river but thats just crazy.

BUT I'd abseil down it

Yeah that would be a little scary. But the view is awesome!

I'm not afraid of falling, I'm afraid of the sudden stop at the end of the fall!

That's CRAZY!
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.-John Q. Adams You must accept one of two basic premises: Either we are alone in the universe, or we are not alone in the universe. And either way, the implications are staggering.-Wernher von Braun Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.-Albert Einstein

Oddly enough I'm not having a fear of heights as such.
Flying in an airplanes, glider, helicopter or hot air balloon. Done it all, no problem.
But standing at the edge of a cliff and looking down a steep slope is scary like hell and gives me serious vertigo.
One of the scariest things I have ever done in my life was climbing Besseggen[^]. But it was worth it, not just for the beauty, but also for being able to tell people.
And no, it's not very dangerous at all. And on the Norwegian scale it's just medium tough, but the Norwegians are outdoor people with a different scale to this kind of stuff.

Sadly the deleting of Forum posts of spammers doesn't seem to work right yet, but that's gonna be a hell of a firework if that's gonna work.
