Believe me there won't be any member here on CP who got such a worst company. I then changed another one where as other stated, i also faced management issues. Again made a change and finally i got what i wanted. So now, no more change is required. But Frankly speaking when company was small it was nice but when it start growing management started to pin employee I don't know how far I will be able to manage that.
