I have just seen another example of a Q&A closed by just two (fairly new) CPians; sorry no link as it has disappeared. I would suggest we need considerably more (and weighted) votes before a message is closed.

I often report questions where OP dumps the code and nothing is clear. I avoid reporting if lil bit explanation can help some one.But as per this question is concerned, some code would have helped resolve the issue [I don't know the solution though].
I solely agree that weighted votes would help. As per as i know, newbies get flag at just 1000 Authority points.

Just a quick comment. Although you only see two members listed, that does not mean they were the only ones reporting the post. The third member just did not select the same report option as the other two.
I am not arguing against weighted votes, but I recall CM recently saying it would make things worse (I think it was related to abuse votes on members, but I assume he feels the same about posts).

Sometimes I need to discuss with an author about his article. I need "Last Activity" of the author at this site, so that I can think how much the member is active. It should on profile page as "Last Activity at 28-May-2014 10:00 AM".

Response does not depend on last activity i think. E.g. if i am inactive here for some 2 years and if i find some reasonable comment and mail notification regarding the same, i would think of reply. It depends on Author's choice. If you feel to discuss something,leave a comment and if the Author feels it,he/she will let you know. I have seen that many times.

Yes I know. A mail notification is sent but if a member is not active on CP more than 2 years. May be the reason would be SOMETHING else rather than not getting any Reasonable Comment.

I meant to say that Author can be incative here,but not at email address. If you leave comment then Author will get email regarding the same and can see your comment in his/her mail box. If he thinks that this comment should be replied,he will.

Go to the member's profile page, click on Messages and you will see the latest post by them. However, just because they do not post for a long time does not mean they are inactive. Some members just like to read messages and articles but never post responses.

Exactly! I think you got it what I want. We can not know the Last Activity by seeing member's last comment date, because may be member just read the messages. So I want the last Login/Logout date time should be shown as Last Activity.

Why is it that each and EVERY time you make changes to this system it takes weeks to make it work again.
Currently I cannot download anything. The Save As... function no longer works and if I want to get another article from the downloads page (click on article on right side of page) all I get is another inoperable download page.
If you cannot QA simple functions before you put them in production let me know and I will do it for you.
This is a great site - Stop ruining it!!!

Right clicking won't work because all downloads are now being handled by Workspaces. When you download code you are actually forking the workspace associated with the article, and then the code for that fork is sent to you.

When a long time user has an issue we listen and try and work out a solution. He was frustrated, so what's the point in raising the temperature further?

Maybe Rohan was frustrated with the OP's way of posting, too. 
He said that this is a great site (and I agree with that), so I think, he doesn't need to say something like that to a great site.
You always remind the members not to be rude (shouting included) to anyone, well, 'anyone' means the site's owners included. We need not to be rude to any owner of the site for it weren't for you, CodeProject doesn't exist.
Oh, and the 'leave your egos at the door' phrase, I really love it. I wish all the members of CP do this before entering CP. 
I don't think it's proper to say that, like you want to imply that 'you are the greatest developer on earth'. We're all developer here.
He can always say it nicely.
So, as I can see, Rohan was just provoked. And he didn't raise such a high temperature as I can see it. He actually say it nicely.
