Too pricey!
For the cats running loose in my neighborhood, I mix tuna, ground glass, lead shot (#8), and moisten with a little ethylene glycol. They seem to really love it and must tell their friends, as I get new ones regularly. Odd, though, that I get so few repeat diners in my yard...

I know you guys are only joking (maybe?) but be careful this is the WWW and I'm sure you will annoy a lot of cat lovers typing those things.
I have two motion sensitive water sprayers to cover the whole garden, they are harmless and I don't see any repeat offenders either.  Much better option.
