I don't know if I can really fault them for this. They're the ones who come into contact with all the spit, snot, and puke, and they're hardly paid a fortune -- and nor are they treated like great heroes, unlike doctors and nurses, who get the cream of the safety equipment.

I've read a few articles about the bathroom fight[^] now, and they all seem to be using sensational words.
First off, it was a pretty tame fight. They keep saying "brutally attacked" and other buzzwords. Second, the brother didn't jump in until after the guy was knocked out, and another guy came at his brother... .seems like that's something you'd expect from a brother.
I seriously doubt it started just cause some guy tapped him on the shoulder... If there wasn't any indicator that a fight was going to happen, then it probably wouldn't have been filmed (or at least not until after the fight had started).
Finally, the guy isn't paralyzed. They said that it's possible that he could be.
So, the guy who got knocked out may not be charged. I also think the 3rd guy should be charged if the 2nd brother is, because he jumped in after the guy was knocked out and the fight would have been over.
