His display name is a link to his (probably?) website.
Two of the answers seem genuine (but I don't know enough about the subject), whereas the other two are reincarnating old, resolved posts with what (to me) seems pointless extra information.
Abuse or not? I reported the two I thought were spam but left the user alone (for now!)

ATM seems to be helping, but yes, resurecting 3 years old questions is something suspicious. Let's see how he evolves. Maybe giving he a warning?

I have thought that, but I doubt he is "admin" on the other site.

If he would, I think he would have posted a lot of more or just make the auto feed from blog, instead of modifying a bit the pictures and copying the text.
