Have you ever just looked at someone and knew the wheel was turning but the hamster was dead?
Trying to understand the behavior of some people is like trying to smell the color 9.

My son and I went in like 2008 or 2009 and we skipped the opening act, screamers and walked out of NIN about half way into there act. Like you say live and learn!

Same, more or less. Saw them at The Big Day Out in Melbourne (aus). They were on at 9pm iirc. We'd waited around for their set since about 5:30 only to leave to go home about 10 minutes in. I reckon their sound-engineer was on more drugs than most of the crowd was.
Soundgarden on the other hand - now they knocked-out a helluva set. Wish I'd seen them more.
Not sorry I saw NIN, but glad I haven't tried again since. The studio stuff's much better value. The only worse experience I had was seeing RHCP somewhere around the same time. They just looked and sounded like a bunch of tired old men. It was quite pathetic, actually. The highlight was Flea's grandmother coming up on stage.

Best group I've seen in concert was 3 doors down, seen them 3 times and they are better in person then studio.

I am in need of quiet music to calm myself. Too much important things happening or being planned (new job search, wedding, house...). That's why i am almost only listening to http://www.radiotunes.com/dreamscapes?play=0[^]. Registering you can improve to CD quality but the free one is quite good, just some ads and one spot publicity per hour but nothing annoying (and I really hope it stays like that for a long time).

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

I have fond memories of the Oils, I love some of their stuff so I got hold of a torrent with everything they did, by the great Ghu they made some crap, I own all the tracks I like, the torrent ended up in the trash.
Being almost a luddite, and bloody lazy as well I have not explored Spotify, I use GrooveShark at work to block out the kindergarten I work in.

I recently ordered a few CDs to replace the LPs I'm probably never going to listen to again. They arrived Friday:
Emerson, Lake and Palmer - Works Volumes I and II, Trilogy, Welcome Back My Friends, Pictures at an Exhibition, Emerson, Lake and Palmer (original release of 1970 and an alternate mix made in 2002 but never released), and a curious collection of 5 CDs in a book called From the Beginning.
The forecast around here is Noisy today, Noisier tomorrow.
Will Rogers never met me.

This[^] one.
Will CP be functional after your weekend fun?

I make no rash claims as to functionality of either The Site or myself after this weekend.

Argh, so so over rated. For 80's Assue rock you need some INXS, some Chisel and after a few beers - swallow your pride and crank the John Farnham

If I never hear INXS again I'll be a happy man. Chisel? Once a decade, and only on fireworks night or New Years Eve, and then again only if I'm in possession of a VB, Fosters, or even a Kaiser Stuhl if we're getting fancy.
cheers

I'm still nursing a grudge against GoDaddy[^]; and now that the registration I bought from them is nearly expired need to know how to transfer it to someone else with minimal breakage.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Do you mean web host or hosting provider? If so, it's usually just a matter of moving your files and then changing the ns1 and ns2 settings with your registrar. I've read that it takes up to 48 hours but for me it usually takes almost instantly. Hope this helps!...not too much going on in the lounge today.
