Interestingly, many of them remain valid for dogs or cats. I even had some fish once that enjoyed listening.

Mine is caffeine the more the better. I can drink a fully leaded drink before bed and sleep just fine. I need a hit before I have been up 30 minutes.

Since I don't sleep much, caffeine is a must for me too and chocolate, those are probably the worst addictions I have.

I am also pretty much addicted to music as in playing and listening to it. I just can't get enough and if I pair that up with a good
book then that is so much better. Almost every day I have to read before I sleep as it calms my head and I sleep better - or so I believe Big Grin | :-D
