Not sure. The spamming post is usually automatically removed by the time most readers can see the abuse report. What would serve as the motivation for reporting on the abuser's account?

You're basically just reposting the spam here 
While the content may be useful for every reader here to build his own opinion, I'd at least remove the names of the product he advertises and/or remove the content completely as soon as the spammer is gone.
