There is practically no contribution of the Author nor does the article explains anything to the reader it starts with a problem whose solution was provided by Tony Tomov - https://github.com/tonytomov/jqGrid/issues/430[^]

Not so sure that it's plagiarized. If you look at the details behind garora user name, you'll notice a user named Gaurav Arora which probably is the same person as the blog post author.

The Author had a problem for which he asked for a solution at - https://github.com/tonytomov/jqGrid/issues/430[^] the solution including the code was provided by Tony Tomov and not by the Author.

If someone creates a GitHub repository or a Blog post at different websites using someone else work then that doesn't means he becomes the owner of the code/content.

P.S. - The Author is not a Contributor to jqGrid

I noticed that but in his blog he has credited the author for his work

After reading the post second time, I'd agree with you. The contribution is very thin, mainly few pictures so you're right this is basically just a copy of someone's else work. Thanks for pointing that out.
