The wording has been played with, but everything important is the same: commands, the order they are introduced, the lot.

Nice try: but this is very, very deliberate. And given he joined today, I suspect he has just tried harder this time...

Just hit the "Extremely poor quality" button, or explain to the poster why it isn't suitable for publication and then hit the button.
I use this:

Try something for me: have a look at the article, and use the "Collapse" feature on each code block to "hide" it. Mentally remove the images. Look at what you have left. Not a lot, is it?

The problem is that an article is supposed to be all about the words - a research document if you like - with images and code fragments added to make the text more readable and easier to understand.

And then expand into more specifics from that.

Did I just happen to discover another SEO spammer? Or is his/her behavior still acceptable?
Member http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=11227963[^] is new here, posted 3 messages. Except of the first message, they link to SEO services in the signature.
Different from our common SEO spammers, the message have some content which is related to the thread where they are posted.
What do you think? Put him/her on an observation list?

I guess that he just forgot to add his signature with the link before posting his first (oldest) message. He replies to a message from 2001. If you search for the text you will find it on perlmonks.org.

The second message text is copied from pdfscripting.com.

The third message is a reply to a message from 2008 and has nothing to do with the topic. He just copied the first sentence from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_Server_Pages[^].

So he copies text from somewhere after probably searching for some keywords related to the topic.

My conclusion: Report member as spammer, messages with the links as spam, and the first message as abusive (plagiarized).
