I know what you mean!
I feel for Walt though. Hope he pulls through, he's a tough old bird.

Yeah I was thinking of him and an old friend that I just learned passed earlier this week.
I hope Walt pulls through also, haven't seen a lot of him on here this year and know he's been busy but when you get to my age you start to wonder when you don't see or hear from people.
My grandmother lived to be 100 and she told me the worst part of getting old is losing all your friends.

I'm currently unsupervised, I know it freaks me out too but the possibilities are endless.

That's exactly why I start every day hanging out at the school bus stop, making new friends.

I took a survey the other day where they offered a trip to mars to the top 10 lucky winners to be redeemed in 2077. I'm a stubborn old fart and I intend on collecting the prize. Always wanted to go to Mars.

I'd be 99 by then. Sounds tempting. What a way to spend your final days.

I don't think getting bored will be a problem, after 40+ years as a smoker and a life style that has been anything but calm.
In other words; If I had known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself.

Hah I know that feeling, I'm 20 years into bonus time, at twenty I could not consider surviving past forty, I was sure I would manage to Darwin myself before then!

Not really. My week has been awesome. I'm grateful to be alive. Life is a wonderful thing and such a gift. And, I think the Lounge should have more than just complaining on it.

Thanksgiving just gets int the way of Christmas. And they have Christmas stuff on sale already, so that's good enough for me.
