I'd say based on what was there that only one of those was "a bit spammy" - the one where he touted for the job of answering the question. I've removed it, and we'll see if he does any more. All his others appear to be genuine attempts at answering questions, so I'm happy to give him the benefit of the doubt this time.

when I check the posts of that user I saw few abusive/spam post which you deleted and some of the answers not answering the question or multiple answers for the same question etc.. That's why I reported it here.

"Spam" is very specific: it's advertising. Either obviously via the "buy this cr@p!" type, or site driving with links to his website.
What he is doing is not spam: it may be abuse. Multiple answers to the same question do "smell" of abuse, so I'll have a look at those in a moment.
But when you report, you have to be specific - reporting abuse as spam points us in the wrong direction!

What he was doing was resurrecting old, answered, questions and posting rubbish as solutions to get rep points. That's abuse and his "solutions" have been been deleted.

We were not sure what to do and after replies from some of the experts, i think i should now report it here. One more thing to note is, many Tip/Tricks she posted should be posted as Blog.
