And he seems to have removed some of the plagiarised stuff.
But either he replaced itwith different plagiarism or Google is having a very off day...

Has all the hallmarks of spam: he joined today, this is his first post...but...if it's spam it's very poor advertising, and he does seem to be providing a download of the EXE (that's all that's in the "big" zip file).
