The dilemma doesn't reflect real life. It takes two extremes and then pits them against one another. The reality is that there will be parts of our job we like and parts we don't like. The real question is whether the parts we don't like are sufficient to make us want to leave.

A combination of both good benefits and challenging work is the key.
