I've noticed that some of the advice given for using the Article Editor doesn't seem to work on the OFFLINE version of it. For instnace, there's no "Language Dropdown", "'Var' Button", or panel for uploading files. What's up with all that--and how should I deal with it, in the event I want to be able to work on an article offline?

I think there are still something that needs attention in spam filters. Currently, after reporting users many posts as spam, his account is not getting disabled. e.g. http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=11380041[^] is still alive at the time i am posting this even after reporting his almost 15 posts.
And even some of the question got listed in QA.

The spam filter appears to be doing a damn fine job!
I know they are still trying - they keep showing up in the "moderated possible spam" list - but I haven't seen any new ast*rol*ogy spam in QA at all today.
What ever you did, it was good, and worth doing. Nice one!

It was fun as well. Bayesian filters, contextual tokenizing, Redis caching and machine learning all wrapped up in a hundred lines or so of code.
I think we have a good start on this system, but if you see stuff consistently getting through the filter, let me know and I can adjust the algorithm.
Also, if there is something that would make the moderation process better please let us know.
You guys are doing a great job, and donating your own time, to making the site better for everyone.

When using Latest Updates search with the following criteria:
- Articles since: Last Week
- Minimum score: 1.0
- Show: Article & Technical Blog
- Articles per page: 100
- Tags: -
It's kinda hard to believe that no article would satisfy the conditions but this is what I get:
No articles were found matching your search criteria.
If I change Articles per page to 20 the results are shown. Again 50 shows no results...
However it doesn't seem to be directly related to the amount since when the result is shown 122 articles are found:
122 articles with a minimum rating of 1 posted updated or moved since 8 Jan 2015
