No. The only assumption I'm making about n00bs is that they won't know about the Ctrl-Arrow combinations. Meaning that only regular users need to be optimized for wit them.
FAQs are to beat n00bs over the head with when they don't read them. Even the LART wielders don't need to read them again every time they visit the site.

I dont know if its by design or a bug.
Whenver I come to to "Bugs and suggestion" page, the left side menu of list of forum dissappear. There is no easy navigation method to go back to other forum like "spam and abuse" which are not listed in top menu
