This tip[^] on CodeProject. The tip has too-low content as for a tip either, and the code in it is also misleading and not correct; as per now.
I have posted a comment[^] to the tip to elaborate why I think that this tip is misleading, incorrect and vague. It should be removed from CodeProject. Reported as Misleading/Inaccurate.

Agreed. But I would take it as a misleading code too, a new beginner would take the code as a correct code to detect whether the file is present at that location or not, and then he would find himself proven wrong by such a framework as ASP.NET.
