I have delivered some headshots to members in moderation when I confirmed the system guessed spam. But I don't know if that is related to my badge or anyone can/could do it (I don't know if it is still actual or not).
It was just a guess.

Looking at the profile of the person who closed that account, I fail to see how someone with such a low reputation even has the ability to headshot someone.

Really? I would say I have seen people talking about spam message's moderation queue who didn't have protector status. I might be wrong though, my head is quite full of other things.

It was open for everyone when it started a few weeks back, but than it closed and now only protectors can see it...

Pure guess from me.
Perhaps the member has been flagged as abusive in the past and this single vote was the 10th. The reason only one member is listed as having flagged the member as abusive could be because that information was not stored until recently.

While I have more knowledge than the average Q&A-poster, it's nothing compared to other members answering questions here. Yesterday one of my answers was downvoted by a "high-rep" and another solution was added. Judging by the time of the downvote and the other solution I was pretty sure it was the same member and wrote a comment pointing to the fact that I covered this in my solution and asking him to revert his downvote. Shortly after that there was another downvote by a "high-rep". I became uncertain if there was something wrong with my answer and because neither of them left a comment on my solution I asked someone else to take a look at it. Unfortunately he seemed to be greatly upset by my comment on that other solution and quit "talking" to me. And unfortunately that someone is not just anyone and up until that point I was enjoying having friendly contact with him. So, as much as I would like to stay, I would feel uncomfortable doing so - call me sissy. :-/

Yes, the downvoting without commenting annoys me - but I wouldn't quit only for that. I also wasn't offended - it's more about feeling sad about that messed up friendly contact and feeling partly responsible for that because even though there was a strong lead my comment still was a suspicion without evidence and I can't completely deny him condemning that.

You could have just deleted your solution and associated comments and carried on. I have seen many of your answers and think that your contribution to the site is as valuable as anyone else's - even if we may have disagreed at any time.

Only remember that CP has over 10M members, and the most of them seek answers and only a few can give them...
Do not take that votes too seriously - the real measurement of your answers is the satisfaction of OP...
If you feel you messed up your ways with one of the members - you can apologize and start over...
