Fortunately, the kind of moron who would get involved in such things does not enter my life.

Burger King didn't pay for a damned thing. Its customers paid for it.
If asked "What would you prefer, to pay the right price for our products , or to pay us double, so we can fritter your money away on marketing stunts?", how would customers respond?

This AM I saw a picture of the young couple in front of a BK sign.
Now it makes more sense.
And for BK ? ? ? An amazing amount of free advertising on all the news shows (and every other piece of audio and visual media) that display it . . . or like you . . . reference it.
Which should even further renew your faith in Deep Fried Grizzle on a Bun

How to exhaust a lake's fish population in minutes: (This is a YouTube video link) [Fishing frenzy]

It's a tribal/cultural custom. What makes you think a government could in any way influence it.

What I don't understand is how there can be anything to fish at all? If they completely empty the lake, then surely there can be no fish for the next time?
And if - by some miracle - a few fish escape, they can't reproduce enough to make it worth while fishing again only one year after?

I just spent at least 30 minutes trying to get a two line Haskell function to work.
Typed it out, didn't work. Looked at the answer in my workbook, looks fine.
Tried all kinds of stupid stuff, but what the hell it's only two friggin lines of code!?
Ok, whatever, next question... SAME PROBLEM!
I couldn't get anything to run.
So I just finally figured out it was some stupid problems with tabs vs. spaces... Yes, in Haskell spacing/alignment matters

Ain't it fun! That's true of several FP languages, including F# in its "light" mode. Especially on match statements, I often find myself indenting until the IDE stops underlining the expression in red, hahaha.
