Chris, I am still seeing this new layout on my Lumia 1520. I thought the site was usable before even when using my old (and smaller) Lumia 920. Sure I had to zoom in and out, but I thought that was ok. Now I don't see any of the moderation queues and other stuff on the home page and it is difficult to navigate between the different forums.

On my Nokia Lumia 520 with Windows Phone 8.1 Update (IE11) I just looked at a CodeProject link from a CodeProject email and wanted to report it is almost unusable (though not as bad as StackExchange  ).
When I searched for Windows Phone to see if there was an existing thread to report on, I saw a worse situation:

It meant I didn't even attempt to begin a post on my phone.
Anyway, the original screenshots I intended to add:

Note here the amount of whitespace on either side is rather excessive.
Like I said, it is better that the SE case where the RHS cannot be seen without going to landscape, but the need to horizontally scroll is pretty bad.
Seeing the other responses I see you want the information from displayinfo.aspx:

It's possible to filter for top rated questions, but not for top rated answers. I'm sure there are quite some interesting answers that don't appear on the first pages of top rated questions. As I sometimes like to browse interesting stuff without searching for something specific, I would welcome a filter for top rated answers.

I noticed Chris' "How to use this forum" and "Posting rules for..." posts pinned to various forums and wondered why the "Spam/Abusive" button is there for them. Of course no one in their right mind will report his posts, but why not just remove those buttons?
I believe the IDs of those posts should have been "hardcoded" somewhere in order to render them as the first message in respective forums. So don't think removing the report button for them would be difficult.

I do agree with your point. I don't think any of the posts by Admin/Staff/Sitebuilder members should be "reportable" - the same goes for their member profiles.

Yesterday i have changed my login mail id from my official mail to personal mail. After that i have notification as "Your email address needs to be confirmed". Evening i opened my personal mail and search for conformation mail, but i don't get it. i searched Inbox,etc.,
Is there any setting to send request for confomation mail again? or
Can you please send conformation mail to my present login mail id?

In the text-editor, when you choose text to make Bold and Italic, it would be nice if the text would remain selected after you apply bold using the B button, so that it's just one more click on the I, otherwise you'll get:
<b><i></i>... some selected text ...</b>
instead of:
<b><i>... some selected text ...</i></b>
It's usually so in text editors I guess

So I'm trying to get my newest blog on CP. Usually I just wait until it's automatically pulled to CP, but today I want it on CP right away.
So I went to my blog feeds and clicking the small icon that says "Download Now" when you hover over it.
I click it and... Nothing happens. I've clicked it a few times, but it still says the last poll was this morning (I'm not sure if that's local time or your time).
In any case I don't see my blog being pulled to CP.
Am I missing something, do I click the wrong button or am I just impatient (the first time I clicked is well over 10 minutes ago)?

The blog aggregator is a lackadaisical beast. It doesn't pull the day of, it may even refuse to. It works more on an "eventually" type schedule. Also sometimes the whole thing needs a kick. We will need to see what it does for a couple of days before we determine if the boot is necessary.
