I'm still not getting them - except for QA responses.
For example, I didn't get one for your message I'm replying to!
However - I've just noticed that the "E-mail me if someone replies..." checkbox was clear, so I've changed that.
It looks like the default setting / cookie was corrupted somehow - as the "Allow private..." was also clear. That would explain the problem, so let's call it finger trouble at my end and see if it's fixed, eh?

Strangely, the settings in My Settings had both been reset - and I don't remember doing that...still, if it's gone away, that's fine!

Forum messages don't seem to have any "bottom row" commands - "Reply", "Email", and "Report" all seem to be missing.
That's going to make life rather difficult...

Possibly it cached the CSS, maybe if you try with Ctrl-F5 (or the same combination under chrome to force-reload the page) it will give you the same result. Under firefox I can view the buttons disabling the CSS.

You are correct, but it works in IE8 under Windows XP (even after <Ctrl><F5>).

Without the CSS it works perfectly and shows all the buttons. Maybe it is a test to be come CP troublemakershooter?

Looks like there's a typo in the HTML:
<tr class="footer dektop-only tablet-only" style="vertical-align:top;">
Changing that to desktop-only with the dev tools makes the row appear.

The notification window doesn't open fully, it opens just for a handful of pixels, not many under the beginning of the orange rectangle with CP logo.
I can't upload images nor I can access the big NET to use handy services as tinypic or similar...

When i move mouse cursor over notification icon, a drop-down with list of notifications is inaccessible, because is hidden behind the ads.
Tested on FireFox and IE.
Does anybody else have these symptoms observed?

I reply to this: the html code shows the links but they're not visible. Coupled with the notifications and popup troubles I'd say CSS is gone awry!
