There should be settings for your feed, depending on what you're using for your RSS feed. Feedburner? If you're on wordpress, for example, and using a specific theme, the theme / wordpress admin panel would have feed options in there.

They do show up in the version of your article that's pending in the moderation queue now. The images will probably show up after that version has been approved.
The quick red ProgramFOX jumps right over the Lazy<Dog>.

Yes, it does.

To go to the pending version, go to your article and you'll see a link there at the top, saying that there's a version pending for approval.
There is no way to view progress of Approve votes; you can only wait until it gets approved.

Every update you apply to your article will enter the queue until you reach a certain reputation. Unfortunately the same is true of viewing the queue. It's been awhile since I checked, I believe platinum reputation is required for both, and for posting your own updates I believe it is platinum specific to author reputation.
We try to get to the queue ASAP. We also have members working away at it 24/7. With five approvals from a member the article update goes live.

I have submitted articles before via email. Today I attempted three times to submit my article Practical Perfect Hashing in C# and the postmaster has replied with failure to deliver. Can you send me detailed instructions to submit via email. I used the Article Submission Wizard and apparently I have to re-type the whole Word document that I uploaded. What is going on?

Using two separate systems, that should not happen. Are you emailing a zip file? If so please re-name to .zipp or something else then try emailing it again.

When an author wants to publish a new version of an article which rather is a tip/trick in my opinion, should I approve it as an article anyway because the previous version already was approved as an article?

It depends. If the article is older, like from the time before we even had Tips (I think pre-2011 or so) then I would leave it as an article. If it's a newer article that you feel belongs as a Tip, please report it as "Wrong type" and perhaps leave a comment for the author.
