I work for a bank, a more conservative organisation I have never heard of. The sheer inertia of this organisation will defeat any radical or even mild change. Senior management decreed change will come, the drones just keep on doing what they have always done. I have tried to implement a bug reporting system a few times, I still have to work with excel sheets and emails bah

Hey there folks. ~
So i just finished my last school exams so im officially a FREE man with no school responsibilities! 
Now its time to enter college and look on my future!
ATM i have started learning c# programming language by reading a great BOOK from rob miles used by (department of computer science at university of hall) and im trying hard to understand the concepts of the language, but i like it.
Now at my main purpose of this thread:
About certifications like comptia , microsoft etc.
I have to tell you that im not experienced in programming as i told u before im at bigginer lvl at c# atm. Is there any certificate that i can follow atm which i can pass without any pro knowledge of programming? But only reading book?
(NOT COMPTIA A+ i tried it last year and its waste of time , meaning that the knowledge is most of the time OUTDATED. )
So what you offer me?

I think my question was clear.
I am looking for a certificate that i can pass by reading material that doesnt requires me to have some prior knowledge of difficult concepts like sql dbs and other.

Microsoft wise I would have a look at this, only know of it as we had an apprentice in for an interview who had one. Plus I am not sure what weight they have.

Years ago I got the MCSD (Microsoft Certified Software Developer) certification to help me get my first programming job. I don't think it's called MCSD anymore but just get some of the C# certifications and SQL ones. Once you have gotten your first job certifications likely won't help much anymore.
But glad to see that you're focused and ready to go.

The course started on 1st June, but the first, second and third assignments are due by 27th. Doable in four days; of course, may be a struggle. The Honour Code certificate is for free.

The first thing you have to learn is ENGLISH! Do not write messages in txtspk - no one appreciates it - you need to be perfectly clear.
As far as certifications go; there was a time a few years back when they were devalued as you could pay someone to take them for you. Not sure now but, because of that, many people still discount them. Take courses that actually teach you something rather than get you to remember things for an exam.
Other than that, enjoy the few months off you have as the next time you'll get that are either when you are out of work, in prison or retired!

I'm with Kapel on this, you MUST be able to communicate properly to be a developer. Using txtspk will eliminate you from any opportunities that may arise. Remember the hirer is looking for the smallest excuse to bin your CV/communication, after all he may have 22 others to review!
