All of the chemicals used for cloud seeding are used in (relatively) tiny amounts - the controlling factor is not bulk, but surface area, so a very fine powder will work better than a lump.

If the seeding results in rain, you will have a tiny amount of residue in the rainwater - not enough to worry about. If the seeding does not result in rain, it will be spread even further by the winds.

I doubt that you have much to worry about.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.
