Monday is a Bank Holiday.
The standard set are here[^] and it is Late Summer Bank Holiday as it is at the end of the summer.

Yay, so I get a long weekend to make love to Cordova, Ionic, and PhoneGap. This weekend all the installs too so long, I only had time for forplay. But, hell, that trio of frameworks is the hottest thing out for writing mobile apps. On VS2015 of course, no living in the past here.

We got back from Hunagriaorszag yesterday and I am pooped*.
Saturday we drove from Baltonfured to Gistel in Belgian Belgium where we found a really nice B&B; I was given TWO free beers when we arrived as I looked a little pooped**. Yesterday we crossed over, only a 1 hour Migrant Delay, before getting home and unpacking the car.
Now I really need a holiday after the non-stop holidaying of the last 5 weeks. 
* can we say "pooped" in the Lounge or will the Kid Sisters' Big Brothers vote the word "pooped" as abusive even if I use "pooped" to mean tired?
** See comment above about using "pooped" in the Lounge.

Welcome home. And please, no pooping in the Lounge  . That may be what foreigners do, but we British use proper places (shed, neighbour's garden, bus shelter etc.).

In the USA it's very common and acceptable to use that to mean tired. Not sure about other "English" speaking countries/cultures though.

I was at a self-serve checkout at the supermarket[^] the other week. It was near closing time and one of the terminals was having a fit. In the middle of scanning my stuff and sharing smirks with a mate, we noticed that it had what appeared to be Windows98 running on the terminal.
