I just had a look at your survey intending to help you out. But I'm sorry, some of the questions you ask are way too personal and cannot possibly be of interest in a course paper.
Either you've misunderstood your task or you have some hidden agenda that has nothing to do with school, I cannot tell which.

Heck, I wouldn't mind being headhunted. But this seems like a very strange way of doing it.
Also, "Jason Smith" is a completely new account, and claiming to be a Swedish student. It's not exactly a Swedish name, and although we DO have foreign students here of course, I find it quite strange.

OK. So I'm not so sure why exactly everyone assumes I'm asking about their actual pay. We don't ask anything about the pay itself, but rather if you were satisfied with it, and how the pay progression was. These are important questions for people about to enter the field regarding their pay. Granted, we probably shouldn't have a blurb afterwords asking for other comments on pay, cause I could see how that could cause confusion in hindsight.

We are in the projektmetodik (project methods) course right now and the project is to interview 30 .NET Developers. We only have like 2 days to get the interviews, which is why we decided to create a survey in order to reach the goal.
As far as the goal of this survey, the questions (outside of the first round of stuff) is focused on getting an idea of what it would be like to work as a .NET developer. The coffee question is more of a light hearted joke, as I have actually worked in a company in which the developers gathered around the coffee machine several times a day.
What can I do or change to make the survey better so that you guys feel safe and that this has no malicious intent? I'm perfectly fine making changes. Regarding anonymity, none of the fields are obligatory, so you can just leave stuff out if you don't want to answer it.

BTW, my name is Jason Smith because I immigrated to Sweden in 2012. I'm actually from, of all places, Tupelo, MS, the birthplace of Elvis. Men jag kan prata svenska om du vill. Now you guys probably have enough info to commit identity theft on me now, so I can't imagine how much clearer I can be about who I am and what I'm doing.

Rather similar to working as a developer in another language

The most important concept to grab is the WTFJHTPH. If this gets over 20 WTF/h most people will walk away no mater how much coffee/gin/spondulacks is on offer. Speaking for minion legion, we want to be kept in warm dry place out of the reach of children.

This is spam. I have seen these types of "surveys" before. I have flagged your post as such.
Surveys don't ask for people's emails, unless the "surveyor" is fishing for ?????

All forms are not obligatory. The idea is if you want to give more info you can, and this is more of a translation of the Swedish survey we made. For the life of me I had no idea that this would come of as it does, and I apologize for that.

You have made sure that your survey conforms to the EU data protection regulations, I assume?
"Under EU law, personal data can only be gathered legally under strict conditions, for a legitimate purpose." link[^]
In the UK we can only ask for personal data that we actually need, and it has to be stored securely with tight restrictions on how we handle it. We also have to explain clearly what we will use such data for at the point we collect it.
It might be worth reviewing your survey form to make sure that you're not going to get yourselves into trouble.

I didn't submit it, but not due to the reasons already listed, but because there are too many free-text fields. Whilst these things might be good for you, at the end of the day you're expecting people to give up their free time to do this for no reward so it should be as easy to complete as possible. It might be hard to rephrase your questions as lists of multiple choice statements, but you should give it a go and you'd get more replies.
