I checked out the site and it is really interesting that he made his own instrument.
I watched the video about how he made it and listened to a few songs and watched parts of a couple of videos.
All I really wanted to see was the instrument in action. What is that thing? I never did see it or hear it that I know of.
So, the howitzer is an electronic instrument right?
Does he play it like a piano but with keys similar to a saxophone? Does he have to blow air through it to make it work?
Tell Shortout to make one simple video of himself playing the thing.

It's like nothing you've ever seen. He really created something that's never been done before (well, not in that form anyway).

It's more like a synthesizer, but in a really weird shape. He doesn't have to blow. He can open a lever to play a sample on repeat and there are some levers that have to be pushed to make it make sound.
From what I understood each lever gives a signal (either digital or analogue) which is sent to his laptop. I don't really know what his laptop does with it though.
I do know it has LOTS of bass...

It's really cool. He should do a TED talk on creating a new instrument or something so he gets the information out there.

They (the powers that be) will not install Verizon Fios in my neighborhood, because Time Warner Cable will not allow it. Who the phuck is Time Warner Cable to "not allow" something.

When we moved to our last apartment, we called the local office to get hooked up, and wound up having to pay ($70 ?) for the "free self-install kit" -- dont ask.
So this time we called the number the rental office gave us, and the installer spent some time getting everything right, even a new cable box, all for free.
So, I suggest calling the number the leasing office gave you.
And cross your fingers.

Something is not in Ordnung in the State of Lower Saxony.
This is a public-relations (and financial) disaster for the company involved. Are the Germans, of all people, so over-confident as to believe that no-one would attempt to duplicate their results?!

I'll bet that the EPA is scrambling to test other manufacturers' vehicles in different modes (and that any cheats are scrambling to bury the bodies...)
