Since the last Chrome update - yesterday - it reopens the tabs after closing and reopening it, even my settings states to start from a new page (and not where I left it)...

So which version number are we talking here? Are you getting normal upadtes or advance (beta) updates? What's the weather like? Do see any pink elephants in the room?

I'm running Version 45.0.2454.93 m (64-bit) under Win10, which Chrome assures me is "up to date".
I've noticed no problems at all.
Have you done anything else on your system, or do you have any odd extensions loaded?

45...99 m 32-bit on Win7...
It is my office-computer and was away for a few days, which means others may played with it...
I checked the same on my home-computer and my wife's laptop - no problem...
I may set a new password at office...

Is anyone else able to connect with skype at the moment ?
For more than an hour, I have not been able to connect. No mention of it on their website
