Signing up for course on Informatica I came across registration page that looks like this.

Next option is even scary as it lists 3500 plus informatica customers and you have to select your company from that list.

A while back I complained about VS not persisting tab settings in the editor. Every time I started VS I would have to change the tab settings to my preferred settings.
Well, kudos, seems to be fixed though not mentioned in the release notes for update 3 (or 2).

Don't worry, they'll fix that and put back to the way it was in the next update. 
It was broke, so I fixed it.

Now, if we could just get them to fix the window defaults in SSMS Query Designer! Maybe it's fixed in 2016, haven't checked.

I like to build plastic models with my son, and we typically do US Aircraft and tanks.

At what scale? I need a M16 subsystem[^] (right and left side) at 1:16 scale. And perhaps a model of a MIM14 on its launcher. I let a few of those fly.

Yes but my two favorite aircraft are there, the SR-71 Blackbird and the A-10 Thunderbolt. One's a monument to aeronautical engineering and the other is a flying tank

When I were a nipper, we would build Airfix[^] models and buy the little boxes of plastic soldiers and play at war. I don't think there were any rules but if you lost the other person could stamp on one of your little vehicles.

Perhaps you could add an unscheduled asset relocation recovery feature. A feature that could automatically dispatch a large surly fellow to re-appropriate the asset.

The reason you are getting sarcastic answers is that your question does not make sense. There are many different asset management systems available so how do you expect to define "existing features", do you think someone here knows all or even many of the systems complete feature set.
Think about this, if I have a startling new idea on a product would I give that idea to a student so he can add it to his final year project?
I realise you are trying to do the best project you can but this approach is not going to be useful. Troll through the asset management web sites, make a comprehensive list of feature from lots of them and then try and think outside the boundaries. You MAY come up with something new - good luck!
