That's not really on, Samsung. That isn't your material that is copyrighted there - that's just an attempt at censorship because it's publicity you don't like.
If they had tried via the game owners then that would be allowable - it's their game, their copyright.
And since mere possession of the phone appears to make you impervious to bullets, I'd be tempted to get one and never charge it...

Saw the press conference on the BBC lunchtime news, and the project leader was asked by a journalist "Is it safe to assume it crashed?"
His response was that he didn't understand the question...

So, instead of landing a rover on Mars as the Americans, the mission was simpeler; see if we can land 'something' without crashing.
And even that failed.
