I can only see two references to his site, and both are pulled through from his profile, not part of the article. Neither is currently an active link, although that could change if he updated his profile.
The ads on his site currently appear to be static images, without even a link to click on. As far as I can see, it's not loading any script which would change that. But again, that could change once he realises that he's not going to get paid to display the static images. 
It's a tricky one - we probably need @Sean-Ewington to have a look.
(In the meantime, all of the images seem to be missing from the article.)

Spammer. The first two times he submitted these articles, I explained to him that he should reconsider his approach and topics. He resubmitted both articles four more times after that, with no changes. So I disabled his account, and he made a new one and resubmitted the article with no changes again.
He wants these articles on the site bad and he's not willing to work with us. Very concerning behaviour. He's gone.
