Something entirely wrong here... Angular team stated they use semantic versioning... So changing the major version manes breaking changes...
So either:
1. Angular do not know what semantic versioning is and they use it because it is so fancy...
2. There are actual breaking changes (and will be in 5 and 6), but they not even know what they are...
3. They only create a platform to be able to deny support to 1 and 2 (and 4 and 5) in a faster way...

So I'm officially out at this point. I'm not a fan of the way Angular2 doesn't provide vanilla JS support, or how it presupposes a tool-chain, and the confusion from the framework developers is just going to make everything worse moving forward.
I'm looking at React, but have the same issue with the tool-chain.

All that remains for C++17 now is some ISO red tape and minor touch-up to get it officially published, which is expected to be just mechanical. Travel to Hawaii for a "standards meeting". Life is hard.
