I remember that I reported a similar case... the conslusion was: It was at a time when one Needs to give a comment to a post.

Did you had a look at his posts? He provided a QA answer to an old question starting with abusing three other members in an unacceptable manner (I don't know why but can only guess that they wrote comments to stop answering old questions). He had also two older article forum messages with the F word in subject and content.
So he had at least three abusive posts (I have not tried to translate his Persian posts).

Well, AutoHotKey is a free tool that excels in automating applications, so the forum it is in is correct, but the message is a little... condescending.
