Yet again Infoworld demonstrates its complete lack of knowledge of how a graph database anything works.
And if you need an explanation, no, each node is not an individual. Yes, some nodes are individuals, but other nodes are other things, profile data, posts, etc. That's why (assuming LinkedIn even uses a graph database, which isn't necessarily a NoSQL database either, more ignorance from Infoworld) its called a graph database, because nodes with different types of data are connected.

Java EE under Eclipse might not be called "Java." Oracle wants to restrict the use of the word in naming the platform, and also the use of "javax" for the standard package of extensions, because of branding intellectual property (IP) concerns. "By any other name would smell as sweet."

All of those wires and cables are not going to work very well on a gripper (or end effector as we used to call them) that is supposed to rotate, or twist as it was described. They are going to have to make it work like a human hand where we release our grip, counter rotate, and then rotate some more.

I find this extraordinarily depressing, browser hosted Excel is a dog, while I like the synch functionality, when I can type faster that the screen updates it is appalling, I'm not a touch typist! I can't imagine what a top flight typist thinks of Word.
Default opening in read only mode and having to reopen the spreadsheet when you turn all features on it really irritating. And the limit of 20mb spreadsheet size is ludicrous, the majority of sheets are all over 20mb so I have to download the sheet to a local drive completely negating any benefits I get from the "cloud".
