You would have to walk a legal tightrope through the freak show that is civil court. And if you have to pay a fire-breathing lawyer up front you are really working without a net.
(and of course the typical lawyer will even charge you for the first three rings of any phone calls you make to them.)
But really - you have to do it because how else are you going to support your children of all ages?
