No, the truly WTF | :WTF: WTF | :WTF: D'Oh! | :doh: D'Oh! | :doh: Sigh | :sigh: Sigh | :sigh: part is that IoT hardware is #1 at 48%, and IoT software is #2 at only 43%. That means that at least 5% of the companies surveyed are producing internet of pwnd things hardware with no thought to the software they're running. Which means they're all but gauranteed to be shipping with open telnet sessions to the world, and software stacks full of vulnerabilities that were fixed years ago.
