As of Windows 10 build 18298, when you open the properties page of any Console window, you’ll notice an additional “Terminal” tab. Click on this tab and you’ll see several new settings for some experimental features we’re working on for future OS releases First Notepad, now Console. When will the sanity end?

There's a new Windows Insider build out today, and the biggest changes appear to be none other than Notepad, Windows' venerable barebones text editor. "1981, its over... Future is Now!"

Coming next: Notepad will be integrated into Paint 3D, and made Cloud-only!

Pretty much.
It's almost certain that an AI tasked with the job would eventually realise that any page expressing a political opinion is toxic, so fb would be confined to displaying pages about cats and political correctness mandates.
IMO, that would be an improvement, because it would be even easier than it already is to ignore.
