Camel Case, Software Developer.
It is MY visit card and I am a developer, not a developement. As for the camel case, it's business practice and it really makes word stand up - lower case makes the second word less important, yet Software Developer is well different from Software Architect or Engineer. I think of them as tags more than words...

Don't waste paper.
You don't need a professional card.
In my 30+ years of being a professional, I never ever needed to have cards.
They used to give them to us when we started, but they never been used and get recycled.
For example, If you go to conferences, you will be given a name tag with a qr code; if you go visit a sister company, you don't need it they already have your email, if you go to a client, they already know who you are.
The only reason to have professional card is to give them to your grandparents to show that you are someone important enough to have cards.
I'd rather be phishing!

I find that they come in very if you need to make notes about something (assuming they have a blank backside)
