I didn't see anything about prices, mostly just being able to move data and authentication. I suspect both have very large customers that want to put some of their data on Oracle's service (which is really expensive, but does seem fast) and the rest on Azure. Oracle's cloud share is minuscule and both together are still dwarfed by Amazon. (Now if any of the non-Amazon companies team up with Amazon....)

Drear microsoft,
Classic Shell works very well, ta very much.
That combination of a single, alphabetical list of baby blocks with the ridiculously annoying panel of variable-sized baby blocks next to it, however, is yet another productivity killer and focus-breaker, even with live tiles disabled.
Baby blocks are not even needed on phones (have you seen the size of the virtual keys that people use to send texts at breakneck speed?), so why anyone would think that they would be appropriate for 27" and 32" monitors, I have no idea.

I don't honestly see that there's any point in asking for feedback if no-one is going to act on it.
99% of people didn't want baby blocks, but they're still there.
99% of people didn't want the effluent ribbon, but it's still there.
99% of people didn't want the lollipop pop-ups on tables (which killed vital table functions), but they're still there.
100% of people don't want disappearing scrollbars, but they're still there (except when they're not) -- and now there's not even a way to disable that focus-killing function.
etc.
I'll bet he only asks for feedback because he gets his giggles from seeing how many people he's pissed off.

I love W10 - including it's beautiful menu - that totally abandoned it...
(I even vetoed against it on my working desktop where I still have to use Windows - hopefully not for long)
