At the moment I can edit any question _and_ answer in Q&A what I very seldom do. If it is not my answer I see no reason to edit the answer. In case I do it it is only to correct some minor typos. But to be honest I do not need this right.

On the other hand:
I'm not allowed to edit a post in Spam&Abuse. Why not? Here it would make sense to let me edit a post to keep the forum small

Only a thought from my side.

It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

Are you trying to edit your own post, or somebody else's? I think editing other people's forum posts is limited to protectors.

QA posts are a different beast - your name appears against the edited post, and your changes are visible in the revision history, so it would be easy to spot any abuse.

Protectors for sure, but I suppose that site builders and subeditors can too.

The highlight of the "spam" menu option stretches across the full width of the menu, but you can only click on the word itself. Probably due to the rule:

It's a bit more than that. I switched to using flexbox for the layout which has fixed it. (next deploy).

It hasn't actually fixed it for me. Looking at the menu on the user profile page, the <a> element has flex:1 1 auto;, but that's ignored because the parent element isn't set to display:flex;

If I use the dev tools to add display:flex; to the parent list-item element, the link fills the width as expected, and Firefox shows the "flex" indicator next to the element:

I managed to get the userContent.css override working with:

        display: flex !important;
    }
}

Hope I can remove it before Firefox 69 turns off userContent.css by default[^]. Smile | :)

You also need to remove the flex on the counter element to the left, otherwise it looks a bit funky.

Fix done - just waiting for a deploy (soonish?)

... a very nice feature, but neverteless: In my opinion it would be better, that one can see the list only once one has voted. In case one can see it in advance I have a bad feeling that the sheep is following the herd.
