Actually, it is sort of correct.
The starting thread message, the one that should be highlighted, was closed, probably for being troll drool.
There is nothing to display.
It does look bad though and I will look at what I can do to at least put in a place holder.

The only way this can happen is
1. The site has restarted
2. The local cache on the webservers is empty
3. Our redis server (the thing that powers most of our data and never goes down) goes down
4. Our database (the other thing that has our data and kicks in when redis fails or we need fresh data and never goes down) fails.
...and yet we have reality.
I've put in a hack that should stop this.

I replied to a Lounge post. In addition to the +1 for posting, very much later I got a -1. OK, except the -1 seems to refer to the OP - which is not my post. I checked back and the tread was not deleted.

I also notice that under Solution 1 it indicates there are more pages (currently 3), but those other pages do not exist. Is this perhaps because it has become the intended target of the Swedish spammers?

After voting a QA answer the stars showing the score are not being refreshed, but just disappear. They only show up again if the page is refreshed.

Just noticed the same thing. I closed all browsers and reopened them, tried setting the layout back to "Normal", but nothing worked.
