I agree with a lot of what you say. i.e. I have 50 Mb connection and I upgraded because I added landline and the price was the same as before 16 Mb...
But here...

I have to disagree... using the PC of my father-in-law was a patience exercise. I convinced him to change to an SSD and it is much faster even working with it.
